We're giving away two VIP tickets to our Pioneer Awards
ceremony on Monday to one lucky EFF fan. Thanks to a generous donor, the winner and a friend will meet and mingle with the Pioneer Awards winners, host Cory Doctorow, EFF founders and board members, and other luminaries at an intimate VIP reception and then attend the ceremony itself. If you'd like the tickets, tell us in 150 words or less how EFF inspires you to support digital rights. Send your response to contest@eff.org before midnight PDT November 4.

Security researcher Hari Prasad was arrested for his electronic voting work this summer and jailed for a week. While Prasad is now out on bail and in the United States, he still faces criminal prosecution for alleged theft of a voting machine and other charges. EFF is honoring Hari with a Pioneer Award for his important work, and to help spread the word about his incredible story.
EFF once again assisted the Election Protection Coalition (EPC) in their nationwide voter-protection efforts. OurVoteLive.org recorded every call made to EPC's hotline and provides an anonymized public view of every record. You can check those problem reports from precincts around the U.S. at OurVoteLive.org.
