Judge to Rule Later on ReplayTV Owners' Lawsuit

Los Angeles - Judge Florence Cooper today heard arguments in a case involving five ReplayTV owners seeking to protect their rights to send television programs and to skip commercials by pursuing a legal challenge against the entertainment industry. The judge did not issue a ruling today, but explained that she will issue a written ruling later in this case.
