We have disabled the Subpoena database, since RIAA is no longer using the Digital Millennium Copyright Act to subpoena ISPs for identities of alleged filesharers. Instead, the RIAA-member record labels are filing "Doe" lawsuits against unnamed individuals and then issuing subpoenas to ISPs as part of the discovery process in those cases. If your identity is being subpoenaed in one of those lawsuits, your ISP should notify you of the subpoena. Please see RIAA v. the People and Subpoena Defense for more information.
