Last year they caused CompuServe to shut down 200 newsgroups. This time, they are investigating against a FidoNet user (Fritz Schober @ 2:2450/502.5, fschober@spielenews.com) for anti-Jewish propaganda. Police searched the BBS at 7 am to find out his address (which can also be found in the FidoNet point list and in the telephone directory). Some days later he had to come to the police station, where he learnt that he was accused of having posted the message 'Down with the Judean People's Front! Long live the People's Front of Judea!' The officers told him, if he had been a skinhead, he would not have got along with the excuse that his message was a quotation from The Life of Brian. -- `Stones, sir?' - `Two points, two flats, and a packet of gravel.'
