   Scientology's motion to seal specified documents was remanded to this
   Court by Order of the Ninth Circuit. This Court has taken the matter
   under submission. Pending a final order by this Court regarding
   Scientology's aforementioned motion to seal, all the files in this
   action are hereby ordered to be sealed.
