     The Court, having reviewed plaintiffs' Ex Parte Application
for Order Shortening Time for Motion for Order to Show Cause re
Contempt Against Defendant Dennis Erlich, and finding good cause
for he relief sought therein, ORDERS:

     1.  That plaintiffs' ex parte application is GRANTED;

     2. That the hearing on plaintiffs' motion for order to show
cause re contempt shall be at [9:00 a.m.], on [_], March [17],
1995 [hand insert -- defendant Erlich shall show cause why he
should not be held in contempt for violating the Court's TRO at
the hearing.];

     3.   That defendant Erlich shall file and hand serve his
opposition to that motion, if any, on or before 12:00 noon on
[__] March [15], 1995; and

     4.   That plaintiffs may file and hand serve a reply at or
before 12:00 noon on [__] March [16], 1995.

     [5.  If defendant Erlich wishes to waive his right to be
personally present at the hearing, he may appear by telephone
