Proposed Order Shortening Time Hear Renewed Motion Injunction

     The Court, having reviewed plaintiffs' Ex Parte Application
for Order Shortening Time for Motion on Preliminary Injunction, and
finding good cause for he relief sought therein, ORDERS:

     1.  That plaintiffs' ex parte application is GRANTED;

     2. That the hearing on plaintiffs' motion for order to show
cause re contempt shall be at  _: _ _.m., on _, March __, 1995;

     3.   That defendants Tom Klemesrud and Netcom On-Line
Communication Services, Inc. shall file and hand serve their
oppositions to that motion, if any, on or before 12:00 noon on
March __, 1995; and

     4.   That plaintiffs may file and hand serve a reply at or
before 12:00 noon on March __, 1995.
