DECLARATION OF BARBARA GOLDEN

I, Barbara Golden, pursuant to 28 U.S.C. ¤ 1746, hereby
declare that:

 1. I am a resident of the State of Illinois.
ÿðÿ
ÿ2. I own no property in the State of Texas and pay no
taxes there.
ÿðÿ
ÿ3. I derive no income from the State of Texas and conduct
no personal business there.
ÿðÿ
ÿ4. I have only visited Texas on three brief occasions, all
in connection with my employment as a Special Agent of the United
States Secret Service.
ÿðÿ
ÿ5. One of those occasions was in connection with the
execution of search warrants issued for the business premises of
Steve Jackson Games and for the home of Loyd Blankenship.
