DECLARATION OF HENRY M. KLUEPFEL

I, Henry M. Kluepfel pursuant to 28 U.S.C. {1746, hereby declare that:
ÿðÿ
ÿ1. I am a resident of the State of New Jersey.
ÿðÿ
ÿ2. I own no property in the State of Texas and pay no taxes there.
ÿðÿ
ÿ3. I derive no income from the State of Texas and conduct no personal
ÿðÿ
 ÿ4. I have visited Texas on approximately five brief occasions, thrice to
in connection with my employment with Bellcore and the remaining times to
visit my brother whoÿresides in Texas.

ÿ5. I was present in Texas at the time of the execution of search warrants 
issued for the home of Loyd Blankenship and his place of employment at 
Steve Jackson Games.

The purpose of my presence thereÿwas to attend to the interests of my employer,
Bellcore, in investigating the theft of a computer text file relating to
BellSouth's emergency 911 system.
