DECLARATION OF TIMOTHY M. FOLEY

I, Timothy M. Foley, pursuant to 28 U.S.C. 1746, hereby
declare that:

ÿ1. I am a resident of the State of Illinois.

ÿ2. I own no property in the State of Texas and pay no
taxes there.

ÿ3. I derive no income from the State of Texas and conduct
no personal businesÿthere.

ÿ4. I have only visited Texas on three brief occasions, all
in connection with my employment as a Special Agent of the United
States Secret Service.

ÿ5. One of those occasions was in connection with the
execution of search warrants issued for the business premises of
Steve Jackson Games and for the home of Loyd Blankenship.

I declare under penalty of perjury that the foregoing is true
and correct.
