Wow I thought that under Yahoo's TOS they weren't allowed to collect personal information and that they were suppose to just ask to have objectionable content removed Then again if they don't understand that Internet BBs are a bad source of information and that flames will exist; I'm not surprised they don't seem to understand either there customers or investors or how to run an internet based company. Either that or they are trying to get people to not discuss that little document that is coming out next week.

These are my opinions; they are not based on any factual knowledge. I would not share any privileged knowledge with a class action ambulance chaser but would help defend any people who are maliciously attacked by people who are unable to accept there own failure.
