I liked the level-headed response you gave on the message board and would like to talk to you privately about your employment with them. 3rd CFO Bites Dust

Regardless of what MDNX says in its press release, Kevin Bernard was forced "to pursue other interests" last Friday. This makes the third CFO fired in 22 months (an average of 7.33 months per CFO). Kelly Pior, former controller and now CFO #4, must be despirate for a job to take this one on. He should have stayed at PricewaterhouseCoopers!

What possible future could he see in a company that for months has been dipping into Donna Weaver's personal fortune to make payroll? (Ms. Weaver is on MDNX Board & Tony Paquin's political/business mentor.) What variation on the Oedipus Complex does Tony have going here?!

Also, for long-time followers of the Paquin Follies, you will be releaved the the author of NTVN/MDNX releases-d'jour, Lori Lee, was laid off a few weeks ago. Susan Cuff is now in charge of corporate drivel.

The roster changes, but the game remains in the dumps.

Smoke and Mirrors is right. Anyone who gets too close to the truth is fired. I assume you noticed that MDNX fired their 3rd CFO in 22 months. Any bets on how long it will take the new CFO to bail or be forced out? As the former controller, I'm surprised he took the job. Surely he's aware that Donna Weaver has been providing the cash for payroll for the past several payperiods. Not a particularly healthy fiscal position. Note, too, that the former PR Manager is gone. No more releases-d'jour from Lori Lee. Susan Cuff is nor responsible for the corporate drivel. How much longer, how much longer?

Board Squabble

Ladies, ladies, ladies! Please come to order! There is no need to fight amongst ourselves when there is so much furtile territory to cover vis-a-vis MDNX and the Paquins.

To clarify a few points posted over the past several days:

(1) Votenet sold for $1 million cash. And to listen to TP in his press releases, he would do Joseph Goebbels proud as a spinmeister. Like a great harpooned tuna, TP has flip-flopped back and forth as to the "value" of Votenet to NTVN/MDNX. First it's the heart and soul of the organization, next its the alatross to be tossed overboard so the company can "concentrate on the medical side of the business."

(2) Medmarket is up for sale. One offer was submitted between $250K and $500K, which was turned down by GP. TP and crew are expecting $1.5 million for this operation. If it sells (and that's a big "if"), TP will reign over a farflung empire that consists of the warehouse in Georgia and his Internet-based software in Idaho. Not much of an operation and virtually zero revenue.

(3) Whether you like his/her comments or not, caconsultant2000's statements have been coroborated: (a) TP did still his architect and landloard in Arizona for $100K [court filings prove it], (b) Agency One had 3 state attorneys general after it for non-performing products [sworn testimoney by TP prove it], (c) TP was forced to sell Agency One to avoid being sued by his insurance company clients, (d) TP, or someone on his election committee (probably his campaign manager, GP), did deliver boxes of dirt to Congresswoman Helen Chenowith's offices in Coeur d'Alene [personal knowledge].

(4) TP has had to face 6 breach of contract lawsuits by former employees [executives] and others [court documents]; 4 have been settled our of court; TP & Co. faces 3 similar suits, which are in preparation or have been filed recently. More are coming!

(5) Members of the Board of Directors are openly discussing their exposure to the mounting number of lawsuits - the most nervous is Carnahan. Weaver seems to be losing confidence in TP, as well. At a recent GOP function she was asked if she might support TP for one of the open politico seats in northern Idaho to which she replied, "Tony is the last person I would back in a campaign."

(6) Regarding KP's absence from the office: based on a confidence GP shared with a mutual friend, it appears KP is slipping out of her golden handcuffs. It seems that TP told GP that he [TP] doesn't trust KP to be on her own and this is why TP always insists that they always travel umbilically tied. TP's concern is that her sleeping habits could extend beyond their love nest in her possible search for husband #4.

(7) TO ULNA: Based on personal knowledge of many of the participants on this site, be assured caconsultant2000 is not GS.
