EFF & Public Citizen Litigation Group joint press release regarding their involvement in defending an anonymous "Jane Doe" critic of a corporate lawyer from that lawyer's illegitimate attempt to for her ISP to reveal her identity (before, or even in the complete absence of, any lawsuit or trial).
