Enclosed for filing, please find enclosed one (1) original and one (1) Judge’s Copy of both the Motion and the Supporting Memorandum of EFF Defendants (Tom Cooper, Bob Emmert, John Hall, Gapmount, Ltd., Alfonso Fiero, Paul Brown, Wallace Rawson, and RAD*TECH) to Strike the Declaration of Susan McFee submitted by Plaintiffs in support of Plaintiffs’ Opposition (Dkt. #78) to EFF Defendants’ Dismissal Motions (Dkt. Nos. 63-68).

I have also enclosed two (2) additional copies of both the Motion and the Supporting Memorandum, to be file-stamped and returned to me, in the enclosed pre-addressed envelope.
