Enclosed for filing, please find enclosed one (1) original of the Motion and Supporting Brief of EFF Defendants (Tom Cooper, Bob Emmert, John Hall, Gapmount, Ltd., Alfonso Fiero, Paul Brown, Wallace Rawson, and RAD*TECH) For Leave to File a Reply Brief More than Five Pages in Length, and one (1) Judges Copy of the Motion, as required by Local Rule 5.1(b).
Second, you will find enclosed one (1) original and one (1) Judges Copy of the Reply Memorandum that EFF Defendants seek leave to file.
I have also enclosed two (2) additional copies of both the Motion for Leave and the Reply Memorandum, to be file-stamped and returned to me, in the enclosed pre-addressed envelope. The second pre-addressed envelope is enclosed for the Courts convenience, for the purpose of returning to me the Order granting EFF Defendants Motion for Leave (for service on all Parties), after it has been signed.
Judge Clelands Case Manager has requested that I forward a second courtesy copy of all filings directly to chambers by way of a separate mailing. By copy of this letter, I have done so, with respect to the above-listed papers.
