Each set of papers for filing includes (a) a Defendant-specific Motion to Dismiss, in accordance with Federal Rules of Civil Procedure 12(b)(2) and 12(b)(6), (2) a Defendant-specific Brief in support of the Defendant’s Dismissal Motion, and (3) the Defendant’s Supporting Affidavit.
