Re: Ford Motor Co. v. GreatDomains, Inc., No. 00-71544 Rule 12(b)(2) and 12(b)(6) Motion to Dismiss.

Enclosed for filing, is a set of three (3) papers for filing for each of the following six (6) Defendants or pair of Defendants:
Paul Brown; John Hall; Wallace Rawson and RAD*TECH; Alfonso Fiero; Tom Cooper; and Bob Emmert.
Each set of papers for filing includes (a) a Defendant-specific Motion to Dismiss, in accordance with Federal Rules of Civil Procedure 12(b)(2) and 12(b)(6), (2) a Defendant-specific Brief in support of the Defendants Dismissal Motion, and (3) the Defendants Supporting Affidavit.
Also enclosed is another complete set of the above eighteen (18) documents, to serve as the Judges Copy, and two (2) complete sets to be filestamped and returned to me at the time of filing. Thank you for your prompt attention to these matters.
