"The panel of judges ruled that the previous decision should not be overturned," Baker's attorney said last night. Federal Judge Avern Cohn, however, decided late yesterday afternoon to schedule another detention hearing for 10:30 a.m. today, after the 6th Circuit Court granted him the right to do so despite a U.S. Attorney's office emergency motion to block such an action.
