                           NOTICE OF APPEAL
     RAM AVRAHAMI ("Avrahami"), the defendant in At Law No. 95-1318 and
the complainant in Chancery No. 96-203, by and through counsel, notes his
appeal to the Supreme Court of the Commonwealth of Virginia from the
final order of this Court entered on June 13, 1996.
     A transcript of the trial held on June 6, 1996 and the closing
arguments on June 11, 1996, has been ordered by Avrahami from the court
reporter who reported the case, and will be included in the record on
appeal.
