It is a non-sectarian Buddhist journal. Electronic distribution is mailed out from my personal shell account on a commercial provider. As of our second issue, weare approaching 400 electronic subscribers and the magazine (and our library of other electronic publications) is mirrored at several Internet and BBS sites. Editing an e-magazine is time-consuming, but electronic tools make publishing and distribution increasingly easy (and practical) to do.
