Explanation of the main proposals under consideration at the Inter-Sessional Intergovernmental Meetings (IIM) on a Development Agenda for WIPO:
* The proposals listed are those discussed in the second and third WIPO IIMs on the Development Agenda, drawn from the Chair's list of proposals, Annex 2 to second IIM report, IIM/2/10: http://www.wipo.int/meetings/en/doc_details.jsp?doc_id=47330.
This is not an exhaustive list of Member States' positions. It reflects public statements made by some of the Member States during the IIMs. Member States' positions are sometimes unclear due to the diplomatic language of the interventions. This table reflects a best faith endeavor to categorize positions based on interpretation of those public statements. All inaccuracies are unintentional and regretted. Correction of factual inaccuracies by country delegates is welcomed. Please send email to datable at eff.org.
