PREAMBLE: (1) Given the department's recent push to increase the amount of correspondence done electronically, and recgonizing the sometimes sensitive nature of information so communicated, and (2) Given the widespread concern among EE students evidenced by several student newspaper articles and countless network-news articles about privacy in their electronic workplace, ...
