Project Gutenberg is not going to post or repost all of Pres. Clinton's
speeches, but felt it was important to get things rolling at first with
his Inaugural Speech a month ago.  However, one of our directors, Brygg
Ullmer <ullmer@bigcheese.math.scarolina.edu> was kind enough to find an

  prez/*      Remarks of Bill Clinton
  steph/*     Briefings by George Stephanopolous

The hierarchy will change as sufficient material is collected
on a particular subject (example, "ethics").

We have lots of disk space, and this machine isn't going
anywhere, so you can expect this archive to be somewhat permanent.
