From the November 9 edition of the London Daily Telegraph, page 2. "Whitehall departments are charging up to 100 pounds a page or up to 45 pounds an hour to supply official information to the public under the new Government voluntary Code of Practice on Openness. The charges were condemned yesterday by the cross-party Campaign for Freedom of Information, which conducted a survey of charges by a range of Government bodies, as "pricing the right to know out of the public's reach" ......
